A sex offender search in Pennsylvania can be performed on the Pennsylvania State Police Website. Their site contains information on all individuals who have been convicted of a sexual assault, who are sexually violent predators, and who are sexually violent delinquent children. Depending on the severity of the sexual offence, the individual will be registered as a sex offender and viewable on the State website for 15 years after the conviction up to the lifetime of the individual.
In accordance with § 9799.28, any information provided to you on the State offender website may not be used to harass, intimidate, or threaten any registered offender or any of their family members.
