An Indiana sex offender search can be conducted using the Indiana Sex and Violent Offender Registry. All information regarding registered sex offenders and sex predators is available to the public, allowing citizens to keep up-to-date on the whereabouts of offenders in their community. Sex offenders must register annually for a period of ten (10) years; sex predators must register every ninety (90) days for life. Indiana’s registry is separated into counties, with each County’s Sheriff’s Office maintaining and updating offender information as they receive it.
