A Colorado criminal background check can be conducted by anyone as Colorado is an open records state. Most criminal history records can be found through a basic name-based online search. A criminal background check can also be performed manually by completing and submitting the Arrest Request Form. (Note: the manual background check method is more expensive than an online search.)
Cost – $6.95/internet background check; $13/request form background check
